Aromatherapy massage
Aromatherapy massage aims to promote relaxation within the muscles of the body and within the mind. It is a complementary therapy, which can be used to encourage physical and emotional wellbeing, through the use of natural essential oils. Aromatherapy is suitable for almost anyone, although some essential oils should be avoided with some conditions and during pregnancy
What happens in a session?
Your first session will begin with a consultation in which your therapist will pick the essential oils, most suited to your individual needs. Your therapist will then begin your massage, concentrating on each area of your body separately until your whole body has been massaged. This session will last about 1.5hours and you will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
